Preparing to open next week we wanted to clarify some of the policies. We hope soon more state restrictions get lifted and all this is not necessary. By State law we can’t use the winery building to receive guests (bummer) and tasting flights have to be outside. The 3 choices of tastings are open for all to enjoy and select your Favorites as always. Bring your chairs blankets etc. provided social distancing is observed. Many of our good customers like to spend an afternoon so we wanted to be sure all are accommodated. Again hoping soon our normal “wide open policies“ can return. See you soon Cheers !!!!

GREAT NEWS!! Amalthea Cellars will be re-opening for OUTSIDE SEATING beginning TUESDAY, JUNE 16, 2020!!!

With re-opening be advised the FREE SHIPPING to NJ Customers will now come to an end.

  • There will be signs and yellow chains to direct you to the store, so you can select what services suit you. Because of the State of NJ 6ft Social distancing law, we expect very limited seating.
    • Seating will be First Come First Serve Basis Only
      • NO RESERVATIONS
      • Staff will give each group a ticket and a table number
    • Staff will keep the pink copy of your ticket
    • Customers may have staff use the white/yellow slip as a “tab”
    • Customers will be offered the opportunity to picnic in designated areas in the vineyard with their own blankets, chairs, etc. while maintaining 6ft social distancing
